Founded in Brisbane, Australia in 2024 by Ross Newman, Astute Systems emerged from The Precinct, an Advanced Queensland Initiative, to address the growing need for AI in defense. With over 30 years of combined defense experience, our team recognized the importance of deploying suitable hardware in the southern hemisphere.

The 2023 Defence Strategic Review (DSR) emphasized AI and autonomy as key force multipliers, inspiring the creation of Astute Systems. We are committed to advancing defense technology and providing cutting-edge solutions to protect and empower our clients.
