BushNET

BushNET Central Nervous System
BushNET Central Nervous System

Overview BushNET is an AI enabled Central Nervous System (CNS) of a modern combat vehicle. It connects sensors, screens, radios, cameras, alarms even drones and robots so they all work together like one powerful team.

Inside BushNET is a powerful 5in1 solution with AI mini-computer that runs something called Generic Vehicle Architecture (GVA). That’s a fancy way of saying it helps every part of the vehicle “speak the same language.” Whether it’s a thermal camera spotting and identifying danger, or providing natural language interfaces for the human, BushNET makes sure the data flows smoothly and securely. In addition you can also host SAPIENT Registry and Tacktical Awareness Kit (TAK) services limited only by your imagination, host what you want!…

Five-in-One Systems

Five systems in a Size, Weight and Power (plus cost) SWaPc optimised package making GVA more affordable.

A powerrfull ARM based server
AI / ML Neural Accellorator for deep data inspection.
Enterprise grade Ethernet switching with L2/L3 Management by CISCO
Router for secure backbone
Automotive Gateway for bridging data from the ship / vehicle (dual CAN)

Key Features

  • AI enabled Embedded ARM CPU: An embedded Linux ARM CPU (see Specifications) for efficient hosting of genereative AI services.
  • Generic Vehicle Architecture (GVA) Core pre installed: Optinally shipped with GVA Registration server, Alarms and Usage & Condition Monitoring out of the box. We talk GVA to the Land Data Model (AS GVA 7.5.x, UK GVA 9.x.0, UK GVA 10.0.0).
  • Connect ROS2, SAPIENT & TAK: Distribute Cursor on Target TAK messages or SAPIENT compliant AI sensors in real time over mesh networks with our Rust TAK SDK for Linux. Build TAK enabled applications in a flash.requirments.
  • CAN to Ethernet (DDS) Bridge: Ensure full interoperability of CAN and DDS messages in accordance with GVA
  • Open Standards: We align with the UK MoD Land Open Systems Architecture (LOSA) Generic Vehicle Architecture DEF-STAN 23-009 for land domain systems. Copper, fibre, connectors and power are standardised allowing greater interoperability and more flexibility with BushNET switches.
  • Enterprise-Grade Performance: Powered by Cisco IOS XE, the BushNET delivers exceptional performance, ensuring smooth data transmission and network reliability.
  • BushNET Essentials: Everything you need for Layer 2 switching and more with VLAN and NAT support choose

BushNET Essentials.

BushNET Advanced: Add Layer 3 IP routing capability with BushNET Advanced software as an optional upgrade.
CISCO DNA: see a comparison of all features here.

Rugged Design: Equipped with MIL-DTL-38999 military-grade connectors, BushNET is built to withstand harsh conditions, including extreme temperatures, vibrations, and shocks.

Optimized for Mobility: Ideal for operations on the move, BushNET is tailored for integration into tracked vehicles and other mobile platforms, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity in dynamic environments.
Compact and Versatile: Designed for space-constrained applications, BushNET offers a compact form factor without compromising on functionality or durability.

Get streaming video fast: With our MediaX SDK get GVA compliant (DEF-STAN 00-082) video streams running over the network with IGMP Snooping enabled for efficient and seamless video distribution.
