Detailed Description

Populated when a remote participant emits a DiscoveredTopicData announcement via the SEDP built-in Topics writer ({{00,00,02},c2}). Unlike DiscoveredWriter / DiscoveredReader this describes the topic itself — including its topic-scope QoS — and is NOT gated on the remote having created an endpoint on that topic.
