Review. Report. Fix.

Clang-based MISRA C++:2023 static analysis for C and C++ code. THEMIS Lint reads your compilation database, flags risky constructs against the guidelines, reports in text, JSON, HTML or SARIF, and can correct many findings automatically.

Most C++ faults are quiet: the code compiles, passes a quick test and misbehaves later. Finding uninitialised variables, narrowing conversions, missing override and discarded error results at build time is far cheaper than finding them in service.

Measured, not claimed

THEMIS Lint is scored against the open MISRA C++ Benchmark, a public corpus of 328 small C++17 examples covering all 179 MISRA C++:2023 guidelines. Each example pairs code that breaks a guideline with a compliant form, so a checker is scored on what it finds and on what it wrongly reports.

On corpus version 1.0.0, themis-lint 1.1.2 detected 316 of 316 violation examples (100.0%), fully detected 176 of 176 scored guidelines, and raised 0 false alarms on 314 compliant examples. The run used only the compilation database, with no extra options.
